Jonathan’s career spans over 25 years in the marketing industry. His unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, remarkable creativity and business acumen has allowed him to wear many hats, including that of advertising agency President and Owner, Start-up CEO, Brand Strategist, Creative Director, and award-winning Copywriter. He has an exceptional ability to solve difficult business and marketing challenges in creative, unexpected and highly effective ways.
His strategic planning and creative skills have helped define, grow and launch global brands including Oracle, Dell, Golfsmith, Honeywell, Electronic Arts, Logitech, Magento, and Top-Flite. His creative work in virtually all mediums has received some of the industry’s most prestigious awards including Clio Best in Show, Addy Best in Show, London International Award Gold, and Radio Mercury Award.

Diana Baldwin
Marketing Planning Lead
Diana’s career as a marketing leader in the financial services industry spans over 20 years working for top global brands such as Bank of America, GE, Transamerica, Truist, and Paypal. She has deep and proven expertise in virtually all aspects of marketing, including marketing plan development, traditional and digital marketing strategies, data analytics, implementation of AI and SaaS platforms, affiliate marketing, and agency relationship and contract management.
With years of experience as a CMO, Diana has a knack for recognizing and creating unique opportunities that maximize the effectiveness of any marketing spend. She is masterful at balancing creativity and innovation with ROI and compliance. She is a strong team leader with a passion for helping the companies and people she works with achieve success.

Derek Carlin
Creative Director / Design Lead
With over 20 years of both agency and client-side experience, Derek has been an illustrator, fine artist, Visual Designer and Creative Director (advertising, interactive, professional sports, monthly magazine). Most notably, as the Creative Director for the Atlanta Hawks (NBA) and Atlanta Thrashers (NHL) pro sports teams.
Derek has garnered dozens of industry awards including National Gold ADDY and several Southwest Regional Gold ADDY awards for illustration, interactive and print design. Derek’s artwork has been featured in several industry publications including feature chapters in two graphic design books as well as several international magazines.
Derek has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including, The Home Depot, HBO, Disney, Discovery Networks, Logitech, Oracle, Transamerica, and NBCU to name a few.
